The Semi-Gantry SG01 from LinMot is a modular gantry system for handling and positioning tasks with an extended working range. It consists of a robust EM01 base module and a weight-optimised FM01 boom module, achieving high rigidity whilst reducing moving mass.
The use of particularly rigid profiles ensures optimal utilisation of the available workspace, whilst effectively minimising boom vibrations. The-Semi Gantry can be flexibly combined with any LinMot Z-axis. All LinMot components can be mounted directly; no additional adapter plates are required.
The system can be supplied either fully pre-assembled or as a modular system. An integrated, optimised cable chain and hose routing system, available in various designs, ensures neat media routing. All cable chain options are supplied with pre-assembled cables, reducing installation effort.
