Automated sorting, diverting and pushing

Whether sorting, diverting or pushing. LinMot’s linear modules reliably and efficiently remove products from the production flow. With a dynamic movement, rejected containers are sorted out, defective parts are diverted or foodstuffs are diverted to another conveyor depending on their size or quality.

With the electric module, each movement can be precisely adjusted to hit the product at the right moment, while not interfering with the flow of subsequent products. Safe transport can be ensured even with particularly fragile or sensitive products thanks to gentle movement profiles.

That’s why linear modules from LinMot:

  • Low moving mass for high performance
  • Simple installation and commissioning with “Plug and Play“
  • High resistance to dust and water
  • Long service life and virtually maintenance-free

  • Clean-room approval ISO 4 (according to ISO 14644-1)
  • Wash-down version with protection class up to IP69
  • High chemical resistance
  • MagSpring for load compensation
