We are looking for a technically skilled Partner & Customer Engagement Manager to strengthen our distributor network and drive customer engagement across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong engineering background in motion control, servo drives, and industrial automation to effectively support and guide technical discussions and application solutions.
You will work closely with distributors, visiting key customers, and ensuring our innovative solutions reach the right markets. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to support global applications, solve technical challenges, and enhance customer and distributor relationships.

• Provide Technical Application Support – Support distributors and customers by understanding technical challenges and providing expert guidance on motion control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Distributors – Enhance distributor sales efforts by ensuring they are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and tools needed to promote and support LinMot products effectively.
• Conduct Joint Customer Visits – Visit key customers with distributors to strengthen LinMot’s presence, reinforce customer confidence, and provide hands-on technical support for application challenges.
• Understand & Solve Customer Needs – Steer discussions to identify technical requirements and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that align with LinMot’s product offerings.
• Drive Global Application Success – Support global applications by working closely with distributors to optimize technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, growth, and long-term success.
• Gather Market & Technical Insights – Collect customer and market feedback, particularly on technical challenges and product applications, and relay this to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Communication & Problem-Solving – Act as a technical liaison between LinMot and its distribution partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Technical Expert in Motion Control & Industrial Automation – Required: Strong engineering background with proven experience in motion control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation.
• Experience with Application Support – Hands-on experience in technical application support, particularly in industrial automation or motion control solutions.
• Commercial Acumen & Customer Focus – Comfortable engaging with both distributors and end customers, with the ability to balance technical problem-solving with business relationship management.
• Proactive and Adaptable – Able to navigate diverse technical and business situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Independent & Self-Motivated – Capable of driving results without constant oversight, taking initiative to solve technical challenges and optimize customer engagement.
• Willingness to Travel – Open to frequent travel (40%) within EMEA for technical support, customer visits, and distributor collaboration.
