Transfer Portal TP03

The TP03 transfer portal from LinMot is a standardised linear portal for precise, compact two-axis handling and transfer tasks in industrial automation.

The system consists of a robust FM01 or EM01 base module for increased rigidity and a DM03 vertical module. This combination enables flexibly configurable gantry applications with dynamic motion sequences and high positioning accuracy. All axes can be controlled and parameterised independently of one another.

The TP03 transfer gantry can be optionally expanded with the LinMot force sensor DM03xxFS, the GM50 gripper or the GM51 rotary gripper. All LinMot components can be mounted directly; no additional adapter plates are required. This significantly reduces the mechanical integration effort.

The system is available either fully pre-assembled or as a modular system, enabling simple integration and customised adaptations. An integrated, optimised cable chain and hose routing system (several versions available) with pre-assembled cables ensures clean, reliable media routing and reduces assembly time.
