Pick-and-Place Modules PP05

The pick-and-place modules PP05 are standardised multi-axis systems with a linear-rotary axis in the Z direction that enables a wide range of pick-rotate-and-place tasks in a minimum of space. For passive compensation of the weight force, the PR02 linear rotary motors can also be equipped with a MagSpring®.

Each module can be flexibly adapted to the customer’s specific application and is available either fully assembled or as individual components. Numerous options such as external encoders, force or torque sensors, hollow shafts with air ducts or pre-assembled trailing chain solutions offer a high degree of customisation.
