LinMot pick-and-place modules are standardised multi-axis systems consisting of the proven LinMot direct drives. All axes can be controlled independently of each other, enabling highly flexible pick-and-place or pick-rotate-place applications. To relieve the vertical axis and thus passively compensate for the weight force that occurs, modules can be equipped with a MagSpring® in the Z direction.
Each module can be flexibly adapted to the customer’s specific application and is available either fully assembled or as individual components. Numerous options such as external encoders, force or torque sensors, hollow shafts with air ducts or pre-assembled trailing chain solutions offer a high degree of customisation.
