Washdown can be time-consuming, and in some cases, inadequate. The LinMot SM pick-and-place robot simplifies washdown. This hygienic robot is designed with stainless steel motor housing and mounting parts to be adaptable in a wide variety of environments.
Available in either IP69 or IP67S ratings, it is dust-tight and can withstand either immersion or high-pressure water jet washdown as well as caustic chemicals.
Optional sanitary features include guide rods in surface-hardened stainless steel and a guide with stainless linear ball bearings and food-grade lubricant (NSF H1) or plain guide with FDA-approved polymer bearings and more.
