LinMot dispose de contacts commerciaux et techniques dans plus de 50 sites dans le monde. Le premier point de contact pour les demandes d&rsquo;assistance est toujours le support de premier niveau du bureau local ou un partenaire local form\u00e9 par LinMot. Les demandes et les t\u00e2ches plus complexes sont transmises \u00e0 l&rsquo;une des \u00e9quipes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique ou en Asie pour le support de deuxi\u00e8me niveau. Les demandes tr\u00e8s complexes auxquelles l&rsquo;assistance de deuxi\u00e8me niveau ne peut r\u00e9pondre sont transmises au si\u00e8ge suisse de Spreitenbach, o\u00f9 une \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;assistance de cinq personnes traite les demandes et les probl\u00e8mes les plus exigeants.<\/p>\n<h2>Des chiffres impressionnants<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis son lancement en juin 2018, bien plus de 20 000 tickets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s et trait\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me. C&rsquo;est pourquoi LinMot n&rsquo;utilise pas de r\u00e9ponses automatis\u00e9es. L&rsquo;objectif est de fournir un premier retour d&rsquo;information le plus rapidement possible. L&rsquo;objectif est de continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre le plus rapidement et le plus efficacement possible aux pr\u00e9occupations des clients, des partenaires et des agents. En effet, l&rsquo;immobilisation d&rsquo;une machine de production peut entra\u00eener des dommages financiers importants en quelques heures. Aucun client ne devrait se sentir abandonn\u00e9 dans une telle situation.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait que 70 % des tickets re\u00e7oivent une r\u00e9ponse dans les 30 minutes montre que LinMot est sur la bonne voie.
