Flat Robots and Systems
LinMot flat robots and systems offer innovative and easily configurable gantry, semi-gantry, and pick-and-place solutions. These ready-to-use multi-axis systems enable the rapid and precise implementation of even complex, industry-specific requirements.
Pick-and-Place Module
Standardized multi-axis systems consisting of the LinMot DM01 and DM03 direct drives, which function as dynamic X and Z axes. Both axes can be controlled independently of each other, thus enabling highly flexible pick and place applications.
Transfer Portal
LinMot's transfer gantries are standardized linear gantries for precise, compact handling and transfer tasks in industrial automation. Modularly constructed from proven LinMot components, they offer high rigidity, dynamic motion sequences, and high positioning accuracy—quickly integrated, flexibly expandable, and without additional adapter plates.
Semi-Gantry
LinMot's semi-gantry systems are modular portal systems for handling and positioning tasks with an extended working range. Thanks to a weight-optimized boom and high rigidity, dynamic movements are executed precisely and boom vibrations are effectively minimized. All LinMot components can be mounted directly without additional adapter plates.
Pick-and-Rotate Module
Standardized multi-axis systems with a linear-rotary axis in the Z-direction, enabling a wide range of pick-rotate-and-place tasks in a minimal installation space. For passive compensation of weight forces, the PR02 linear-rotary motors can also be equipped with a MagSpring®.
Pick-and-Place Module Stainless Steel
Standardized stainless steel multi-axis systems consisting of LinMot SM01 direct drives, which function as dynamic X and Z axes. Both axes can be controlled independently, thus enabling highly flexible pick and place applications.
