Statt komplexem Code setzt LinMot Pilot auf parametrierbare Befehle und intuitive Widgets. Damit lassen sich auch komplexe Prozesse wie Verschrauben, Bandsynchronisation oder Pick-and-Place mit Kameraanbindung sicher und effizient umsetzen.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie ist die Idee entstanden?<\/h3>\n<p>Die steigende Nachfrage nach einfachen, intuitiven L\u00f6sungen \u2013 getrieben durch Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel und immer komplexere Anforderungen \u2013 war f\u00fcr uns der Anstoss. Nach den Flat Robots und Greifern war es nur logisch, auch eine passende Steuerungsplattform mitzubringen.<\/p>\n<h3>Was war das Entwicklungsziel?<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Know-how aus vielen Anwendungen sollte direkt nutzbar werden ohne Programmierh\u00fcrden. LinMot Pilot erm\u00f6glicht es, auch anspruchsvolle Applikationen schnell und mit minimalem Aufwand umzusetzen.<\/p>\n<h3>Was unterscheidet LinMot Pilot von anderen Tools?<\/h3>\n<p>LinMot Pilot ist nicht nur eine Programmieroberfl\u00e4che, sondern ein vollst\u00e4ndiges HMI. Die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che l\u00e4sst sich individuell anpassen, ist prozesssicher und bereits heute produktiv im Einsatz \u2013 keine Testspielwiese, sondern eine robuste Steuerungsl\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<h2>Welche Hauptfunktionen bietet LinMot Pilot?<\/h2>\n<p>Mit wenigen Klicks lassen sich sequentielle Programme erstellen, inklusive IF-Abfragen, Wartezeiten, Sprungmarken, Variablen und Fahrbefehlen. Zus\u00e4tzlich stehen Funktionspakete f\u00fcr spezifische Prozesse wie Verschrauben oder Smart-Kamera-Integration zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie funktioniert das Ganze ohne Programmierkenntnisse?<\/h3>\n<p>Alle Bewegungsbefehle lassen sich per Dropdown ausw\u00e4hlen, parametrieren und aneinanderreihen. Positionen werden \u00fcber einen Teach-Button oder manuell eingelernt. Wer will, kann auch mit Variablen arbeiten aber ohne klassischen Code.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00fcr wen ist LinMot Pilot gedacht?<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr alle, die automatisieren m\u00f6chten: Systemintegratoren, Automations- oder Entwicklungsabteilungen von produzierenden Betrieben, Testlabore sowie Ersteller von teilautomatisierten Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen. Ideal f\u00fcr kleinere bis mittlere Betriebe, die auf flexible, intuitive L\u00f6sungen setzen.<\/p>\n<h3>Spart LinMot Pilot wirklich Zeit und Ressourcen?<\/h3>\n<p>Absolut. Die gesamte Konfiguration erfolgt \u00fcber das Webinterface, ganz ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Software. Auch ohne SPS-Experten lassen sich komplexe Aufgaben l\u00f6sen \u2013 und typische Programmierfehler werden durch gef\u00fchrte Eingaben vermieden.<\/p>\n<h3>Was kommt als N\u00e4chstes?<\/h3>\n<p>Wir arbeiten bereits an neuen Funktionspaketen, unter anderem f\u00fcr bandgef\u00fchrte Prozesse, Smart-Kamera-Anwendungen, Verschraubl\u00f6sungen und erweitertes Process Monitoring.
